Apstrakt Kroz predavanje bismo predstavili kako smo od nule izgradili naš tok podataka (data pipeline) koji kojim prikupljamo podatke koje dalje koristimo za analizu ponašanja igrača u našim igrama. Tema bi bila spoj tehničkog, analitičkog i biznis ugla gledanja, sa ciljem da studentima predstavimo ne samo kako se gradi tok podataka, već da pokažemo način na koji se isti koristi u biznisu i daje vrednost. To i jeste suština bilo kog tehničkog rešenja – da ima stvarni, merljivi doprinos biznisu.

Naslov predavanja: O C*-VREDNOSNOM SPEKTRU OPERATORA NA HILBERTOVIM C*-MODULIMA
 
Apstrakt: U funkcionalnoj analizi i teoriji operatora su davno bili poznati sada već klasični rezultati u vezi spektra operatora težinskog pomaka, kao i u vezi spektara unitarnih, samoadjungovanih i normalnih operatora na Hilbertovim prostorima. U poslednjih par decenija je počela da se razvija i teorija operatora na Hilbertovim C*-modulima. Hilbertovi C*- moduli su uopštenje Hilbertovih prostora koje nastaje kada se skalari zamene elementima proizvoljne C*-algebre. Umesto skalarnog proizvoda imamo u tom slučaju C*-vrednosni unutarnji proizvod, a  u teoriji operatora na Hilbertovim  C*-modulima su naročito važni C*- linearni, ograničeni operatori, dakle operatori koji su linearni po odgovarajućoj C*-algebri nad kojom posmatramo Hilbertov modul. Za ove operatore se postavilo prirodno pitanje da li može da se osim skalarnog spektra proučava i C*-vrednosni spektar. Na ovom predavanju ćemo dati eksplicitan opis za C*-vrednosni spektar težinskog operatora pomaka na standardnom Hilbertovom modulu nad pojedinim komutativnim C*-algebrama. Takođe ćemo dati uopštenje klasičnih rezultata u slučaju C*-vrednosnih spektara unitarnih, samoadjungovanih i normalnih operatora na Hilbertovom modulu nad generalnim komutativnim jediničnim C*-algebrama. Najzad, ilustrovaćemo konkretnim primerima da uopštenja klasičnih rezultata ne važe u slučaju nekomutativnih jediničnih C*-algebri.

Naslov predavanja: DETECTION OF BOTNET CnC PATTERNS USING TIME SERIES CHARACTERISTICS
 
Apstrakt:
Botnets are a class of viruses which use a network of infected computers, connected via internet, to execute a DDoS attack against a server. With the emergence of Mirai botnet, this class of viruses gained worldwide attention from both industry experts and academia. Since the entirety of botnet communication occurs via computer networks, header inspection and deep packet analysis are two most common methods of botnet detection. In this lecture a third method of botnet detection, which focuses on time series characteristics, will be used to extract features of botnet CnC communication, in an attempt to properly detect this type of malware, and, ultimately, mitigate the damage it might make. The dataset for this research used captured network traces of RaspberryPi devices, which have been infected with newest samples of Mirai and Gafgyt viruses. Also, special attention shall be directed towards various particularities of such a problem, such as handling class imbalance, machine learning pipeline, hyperparameter optimization.

Apstrakt: In this talk, I will introduce a family of sequences of integers called elliptic divisibility sequences. We will discuss its relation with elliptic curves, prove some arithmetic properties of these sequences, and show some applications of the topic to other fields of mathematics.

Apstrakt: Blockchain applications in healthcare have grown rapidly and it includes record keeping, clinical trials, medical supply chains, patient monitoring, etc. where Blockchain characteristics are needed to improve safety, privacy, and security. AI and blockchain are among the most disruptive technologies and the integration of these two technologies will fundamentally reshape how we live, work, and interact. However, Porru, et. al (2017) have reported it lacks processes, tools, and techniques. Therefore, this paper provides a systematic framework for a secure and sustainable software engineering framework for healthcare blockchain applications. Secure and Sustainable Software Engineering Framework for Healthcare Blockchain Applications (S3EF-HBCA) significant contribution includes requirements engineering for healthcare, business process modelling for healthcare, domain modelling for healthcare, a reference architecture for healthcare, and validation by case study on Electronic Healthcare Record Management System (EHR), and simulation with Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) tools. The simulation shows it has taken 10.45 minutes to process 100 instances of real-time data and service requests. The overall result shows encouragement in terms of process, tools, standards, and testing.

Naslov predavanja: TANGENTIAL ALGEBRAS OF DIFFERENTIABLE LOOPS
 
Apstrakt: The first attempt to deal with differentiable or analytic loops was to follow the ideas of Sophus Lie and to characterize differentiable loops by their tangential objects. This research program has been successfully applied to differentiable Moufang loops (they are automatically analytic) by Kuzmin, Kerdman and Nagy. By their results the theory of differentiable Moufang loops has been carried up to the level of the theory of Lie groups. It fails to be true for differentiable loops in general. In this talk I would like to give some results about the tangential algebras of tangent prolongation of differentiable loops as well as about  the classification of 5-dimensional Malcev-like binary Lie algebras.

Apstrakt: This talk will be about a story that started with Weyl’s work on compact perturbations of pseudodifferential operators. The Weyl-von Neumann theorem asserts that two self-adjoint operators on a complex Hilbert space are unitarily equivalent modulo the compacts if and only if their essential spectra coincide. Later on, this was extended to normal operators by Berg and Sikonia. New impetus to this study was given in the work of Brown, Douglas, and Fillmore, who replaced single operators with (separable) C*-algebras and compact perturbations with extensions by K(H). After passing to the quotient (the Calkin algebra, Q) and identifies an extension with a *-homomorhism into Q analytic methods have to be supplemented by methods coming from algebraic topology, homological algebra, and (more recently) logic.After briefly introducing the BDF theory, I will move to coronas of separable C*-algebras (of which Q is the simplest example) and question of their rigidity. Much attention will be given to the (still half-open) question of Brown-Douglas-Fillmore, whether Q has an automorphism that flips the Fredholm index. Naslov predavanja: REGULARITY RESULTS FOR CLASSES OF HILBERT C*-MODULES WITH RESPECT TO SPECIAL BOUNDED MODULAR FUNCTIONALS
 
Apstrakt:
Considering the deeper reasons of the appearance of a remarkable counterexample by J. Kaad and M. Skeide [17] we consider situations in which two Hilbert C*-modules M ⊂ N with M⊥ = {0} over a fixed C*-algebra A of coefficients cannot be separated by a non-trivial bounded A-linear functional r0 : N → A vanishing on M.  In other words, the uniqueness of extensions of the zero functional from M to N is focused.  We show this uniqueness of extension for any such pairs of Hilbert C*-modules over W*-algebras, over monotone complete C*-algebras and over compact C*-algebras. Moreover, uniqueness of  extension takes place also for any one-sided maximal modular ideal of any C*-algebra. Such a non-zero separating bounded A-linear functional r0 exist for a given pair of Hilbert C*-modules  M ⊆ N over a given C*-algebra A iff there exists a bounded A-linear non-adjointable operator  T0 : N → N such that the kernel of T0 is not biorthogonally closed w.r.t. N and contains M.  This is a new perspective on properties of bounded modular operators that might appear in  Hilbert C* module theory. By the way, we find a correct proof of [13, Lemma 2.4] in the case of monotone  complete and compact C*-algebras, but not in the general C*-case. Some ideas published by V. M. Manuilov in [31] need a thorough revision.  In the particular case, when N is the multiplier module of M both these modules might not coincide, but the orthogonal complement of M in N = V (M) equals to zero. One has an isometric inclusion of N0 into M0, sometimes even N0 ⊂ M0. So, non-trivial extensions of the zero modular functional on M to a non trivial bounded modular functional on N = V (M) vanishing on M cannot exist.
