Naslov predavanja: WHAT IS THE METAVERSE, AND WILL IT REPLACE THE INTERNET?

Apstrakt: The metaverse presents a digital environment that employs augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and blockchain, together with concepts from social media, to create spaces for rich user interaction by analogy to the real world. In this context, the Distriverse project will be presented -  a solution that allows companies, research institutions and organizations to easily create their own worlds (microverses) and develop customized business solutions to create new business opportunities. Using 3D search and access to different metaverses, it leads users to the areas of interest. In addition, the role of NFTs will be discussed in the context of the metaverse.
