Naziv predavanja: ON WEIGHTED STOLARSKY MEANS

Abstract: The class of Stolarsky means is one of most interesting and most investigated family of two-parametric means. In this talk we introduce a weighted variant of Stolarsky means and derive some common properties of those classes of means. An advantage of this concept is the possibility of an extension to the multi-variable case in a simple and applicable way. Some basic inequalities concerning this matter are also established with applications in Analysis and Probability Theory.
