Апстракт:
In this talk, first I will briefly review 1-parameter persistent homology. In this part of the talk I will mainly introduce some well-known definitions and results in 1-parameter setting. In the second part  of the talk, after giving the motivation behind studying multiparameter persistent homology, I will  discuss which results extend to multiparameter setting and also the reasons why some of the  definitions and results do not extend for multiparameter persistent homology.
