Наслов предавања: THE INTRODUCTION TO THE CIRCLE METHOD
Апстракт: The circle method was developed to help tackle Waring`s problem of representing integers as sums of k^th powers of natural numbers. It has since been used with success to various number theoretic problems of an additive nature. We will look at how the method works in a general sense, and subsequently look at how it has been applied to the Goldbach conjectures.
